The Flemish Parliament (Vlaams Parlement) has selected OMNITRACKER for their internal ICT department. Flanders is a member state of the federal state of Belgium and is a parliamentary democracy.

The Parliament’s internal IT-department will use OMNITRACKER IT Service Management solution (based on ITIL V3) and OMNITRACKER’s integrated Project Management Center solution. The advantage of this integrated solution (ITSM and PMC) is uniform resource planning and task management and centralized time registration. End-user automation integration is performed by OMNITRACKER’s integrated Service Portal and Email gateway.
