RTL Belgium, a TV and Radio broadcasting company decided to use OMNITRACKER for their internal IT and Broadcast organization. They will combine the OMNITRACKER Project Management module with the ITSM module to have a better overview on the workload of their people.

RTL Belgium has very short intervention times when issues are discovered during a broadcast of one of their radio stations (Bel RTL, Radio Contact, Mint) or TV stations (RTL-TVi, Club RTL, Plug RTL, Radio Contact Vision).  They require a high-performance tool which can display their infrastructure in a graphical tree-like structure (CMDB), which has a reliable and easy accessible Knowledge base, and where ITIL Service Support processes can be linked to advanced SLA measurements (Service Level Management). 

Additionally the Project Management module will support their internal projects, by tracking and controlling the staffing their tasks and workload which is distributed over several teams.

OMNITRACKER currently is being used for „Risk Management“, „IKS“ and IT Service Management according ITIL. In addition the Quality Self Assessments are managed and supported by OMNITRACKER. Further business processes are already planned and will run either in parallel or integrated with the existing ones.

OMNITRACKER supports, documents and eases workflows for several areas at Wander AG significantly, such creating more capaciy to focus on core competencies.
