Rabobank International improves customer service using the OMNITRACKER system. The OMNITRACKER installation enables Rabobank to ensure all customer interactions like requests, questions and inquiries are logged, traceable and followed up by the OMNITRACKER workflow engine. OMNITRACKER will track every request within the Rabobank International organizations and will create internal service requests for distributing and following-up the internal work-orders.
