The new client of OMNINET Russia and CIS, CJSC Delovaya Sreda, is a subsidiary of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia”. It was founded in 2012 to implement projects that focus on the creation of a new integrated technology infrastructure for small, Russian businesses. The main aim of "Delovaya Sreda" is the development of entrepreneurship in Russia. Key components of the "Delovaya Sreda" are an online magazine about entrepreneurship, business schools with distance education, online-store of applications and services, a platform for B2B-and B2C-commerce, a user-friendly interface for the banking services usage. Starting with the introduction of OMNITRACKER in the areas customer support and project management, additional process areas will be implemented to the business process platform in the future to replace existing tools. B + F Elektrotechnik GmbH, service partner of Kabel BW in Schwäbisch Gmünd, decided to handle incidents with ITILv3 certified OMNITRACKER ITSM Center.

The used Incident Management is interconnected via an off-line interface with OMNITRACKER Kabel BW to allow a more efficient handling of incidents. This includes a technician route planning via the integrated Google Maps API.
